We’ve been providing “good for you” shoes to our Middle Tennessee customers for 25 years; and since the day we opened our store in 1992, we knew that the customer had to come first for our shop to become –and stay– successful. Even at the best of times, we know that purchasing shoes can be a difficult process for many. Shoe sizes aren’t terribly uniform across the board, and all feet are unique. Even your own two feet aren’t exactly the same! Add to that any number of foot ailments, and the shoe shopping experience can become drudgery quickly.
Our goal from the very beginning was not just to sell shoes; we wanted to provide a service that is often lacking in the industry: the art of shoe fitting. We wanted to give our customers a great shopping experience by offering the best customer service possible with professional fittings, in addition to a wide selection of the highest quality, on-trend, comfort shoes on the market. While we don’t claim to be medical professionals, we have seen and worked with just about any foot ailment you can think of. Through hands-on experience with our customers, we have learned a lot about what it takes to alleviate foot pain, as well as possibly prevent future foot ailments. We want nothing more than to see our customers leave our shop with happy feet!
